Yes. The free tier is not a trial. It works forever with no credit card. ### How do I cancel? In the app via "My plan" → "Cancel subscription", or without logging in at https://studity.ai/kuendigen. No cancellation fees. On the monthly plan access ends with the current billing month. The 6- and 12-month plans have a minimum term: you can give notice before it ends, and the cancellation takes effect at the end of that term. After the minimum term the subscription continues at the same monthly price and can be cancelled monthly, effective at the end of the billing month. ### Do you offer a student discount? StudityAI is priced for students from the start. There is no separate .edu discount. The saving comes from committing to a longer minimum term: the semester plan is 10% below monthly, the yearly plan 20% below. You still pay monthly. ### What payment methods do you accept? Payments run through Stripe. Which methods appear at checkout depends on your country and is shown on the payment page. Card is always available. ### Can I withdraw from a purchase? Yes, under the statutory right of withdrawal: 14 days from the conclusion of the contract, without giving reasons, via "Withdraw from contract" (https://studity.ai/widerruf) or by email to support@studity.ai. If you asked for your plan to start right away, you pay pro rata for the time until you withdraw. ### Do you train AI on my data? No. StudityAI never uses your uploaded content to train AI models. Your data is yours. ### Where is my data stored? Account and database in London (UK); uploaded files encrypted with Cloudflare R2; AI via Google's Gemini API (Google does not train on the content but keeps it for up to 55 days to detect abuse). ### Which AI model does StudityAI use? Google Gemini 3.1 Flash Lite on every plan. Plans differ by quota and features, not by model. ### Can I use StudityAI in multiple languages? Yes, the interface supports German, English, French, Spanish, Portuguese, and Italian. The AI can read and respond in any language your materials are written in. ## Links - [Homepage](https://studity.ai) - [Full features](https://studity.ai/features.md) - [About StudityAI](https://studity.ai/about.md) - [Terms of service](https://studity.ai/terms.md) - [Privacy policy](https://studity.ai/privacy.md)
