AI is a tool. A really powerful one. But it's a tool in the way a calculator is a tool — it's incredibly useful if you understand what you're doing, and it's incredibly dangerous if you don't.

The students who benefit most from AI study tools are the ones who were already studying actively — testing themselves, reviewing regularly, engaging with the material — and use AI to do those things more efficiently.

The students who are hurt by AI study tools are the ones looking for a shortcut. "Just tell me what I need to know for the exam" is not a study strategy. It's wishful thinking.
